Maximize Draft Positioning

PSP will monitor your draft ratings and evaluations, provide you with knowledge of your professional sport and its business operations, strategize with you for college bowl and all-star game selections, and help you prepare for combine.

Making the Team

If you are not drafted, PSP will prepare a player profile for you, contact teams and scouts, and evaluate alternatives in order to get you with a professional team. If you are drafted, PSP will prepare you for training camp and press conferences.

Negotiations and Contract Structure

Negotiating your contract is the key to your success in professional sports. PSP diligently researches team compensation history, analyzes salaries and develops contract strategies. Part of that is negotiating base escalators, voidables, rollovers, incentives and bonuses in addition to your salary. PSP will offer you expert advice and communicate with you during this entire process.

Endorsements and Marketing Opportunities

PSP develops strategies to maximize your marketing potential. Once your marketing plan is in place, PSP will pursue all endorsement and promotional opportunities that interest you and negotiate and structure your contracts in a way that will benefit you most.

Family Security

PSP understands the importance of family. In fact, we encourage it. That's why PSP will prepare (or have prepared) wills and trusts, and obtain health, disability, and life insurance for you. As requested, PSP conducts financial planning reviews for its athletes. PSP will assist you with major purchases such as homes, investment properties, and vehicles.

Retirement

PSP is committed to preparing you for life after sports. It is important to make sure that your financial future is in place. PSP will assist in taking the necessary steps to secure your financial future and assist in developing and preparing you for a second career.

As a part of the PSP family, your future is important to us. This commitment to your success is why Kevin and Carl Poston started PSP. When you succeed, we all succeed.
